What happens if the piece I love is out of stock?

Pre-order your favorite item! You can easily do this on each product page by selecting the color and size then click on the Pre-Order button. If you need assistance you can reach out to our support team at sayhello@thehuntressoutdoor.com!

How long until my pre-order item is ready to ship?

We typically ship out pre-order items within 2-8 weeks. 

Bear in mind that we are a small team and we drop apparel collections seasonally. Fishing season? Don’t fret, we work twice as hard to make sure your item is available to you promptly. Dead of winter? We may be closer to the top-end of that range because the winter chill slows our shipments.

Do you offer any first-time customer discounts? 

Yes! The first time you sign up for our newsletter we apply a courtesy 10% discount to your full order. Lucky for you, subscribing to our newsletter also offers timely updates for seasonal promotions, new collection drops, and discount codes!

How does your sizing work?

Our sizing is a bit different than brands you may be familiar with, so we welcome you to review the Sizing Guide on our apparel product pages. If you would like personalized help choosing a brand, you can feel free to email our team at sayhello@thehuntressoutdoor.com

Don’t see your size or wish to submit a query for bespoke sizing? We strive to be inclusive in our sizing but we recognize that there is always room for improvement. Please email us at the address above and we can provide guidance. We appreciate hearing from you!

What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?

While we cannot be held responsible for wear and tear, stains, or incidental damage from improper care, we understand that manufacturing defects may occur. Please email us at sayhello@thehuntressoutdoor.com with your order numbers and a photo of the damage to the product. A member of our team will be in touch to remedy the situation. 

Keep in mind, some of our pieces like our vintage bandanas and upcycled accessories may appear lightly worn. These would not qualify as manufacturing defects, as all upcycled products have been previously loved. We believe this patina makes them extra special. 

Bespoke tool-based jewelry is handmade and demonstrates the hand of the artist, founder Suzy Kellems Dominik. Each item is one-of-a-kind. 

Note: All manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer the courtesy of free shipping for all purchases above $500. For all other purchases, we charge a flat $5 shipping fee. Packages will be shipped through USPS Ground unless specified otherwise.

Do you currently ship outside of the USA?

Unfortunately, we do not! We are a young and growing brand. We strive to broaden our reach in the future. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter for updates, including new retail partnerships and expansion into new markets.

We currently ship to all 50 states via USPS, including Hawaii and Alaska. We also ship to Puerto Rico.

Do you offer in person pick-up?

Yes! We are based in the heart of town square in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

If you wish to purchase your items online and pick-up in person, we can arrange this for you. Please select the “Pick Up” option at time of purchase and email sayhello@thehuntressoutdoor.com to arrange your pick-up window.

How can I return an item?

You can register your return by emailing sayhello@thehuntressoutdoor.com.

Print the return label which is sent to your email address after you have completed the return form, affix the label, and mail your item in its original packaging. 

Please make sure of the following criteria have been met:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of your delivery date
  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • All labels/tags are still attached to the product

Returns are not currently accepted in person.
